Consider what it would look like if you wrote the story to your own healing. How can I take control over my health and ensure my well being to the best of my ability? What positive energy do you want to practice this week? How do you want to practice it? What that looks like for me is validating myself. When I have judgmental thoughts of myself and try to label myself as a failure or dumb, etc., I instantly stop myself from completing that thought. I stay vigilant to negative energy. I tell myself, I'm not dumb, I just didn't know that before or I'll reassure myself with a positive affirmation instead of supporting the negative energy of the word failure. I can do this. This will not defeat me! 🤔 Can you cope ahead for opportunities of growth (some may refer to this as problems, situations, issues, etc.)? Will you practice being kind to yourself so that you can heal? How can I be my best today, right now, this second? Ask yourself that, then write out the answers and accomplish the mission for the day. We got this!
