             Cacao, derived from the seeds of the cacao tree, is believed to have various health benefits and is also considered a heart-opening and mood-enhancing plant medicine. Cacao ceremonies offer potential health benefits such as heart health support, mood enhancement, stress reduction, increased focus, spiritual connection, and immune support. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, cacao promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.            “Hape,” also known as “rapé” or “hapi,” is a sacred and traditional snuff medicine used by indigenous tribes in the Amazon rainforest, particularly by tribes in Brazil and Peru. It is made from a mixture of powdered tobacco and various medicinal plants, often blended with ashes from specific trees. Hape is administered by blowing or applying the powdered mixture into the nostrils using a special blowpipe or by a shaman. It is believed to have various therapeutic effects, including cleansing the mind, body, and spirit, clearing energetic blockages, and inducing altered states of consciousness. If you are currently on medications, it is imperative to discuss this prior to the retreat. The decision to partake in plant medicine is solely the choice and responsibility of the client. Upon purchasing a ticket, it's essential to consult with your physician before committing to any plant medicine treatment. Traveler's Insurance: We highly recommend that all participants purchase their own traveler's insurance for added peace of mind and protection. Traveler's insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unexpected events. Please note that StiingQweenThingz LLC  does not provide traveler's insurance. It is the responsibility of each participant to secure their own insurance coverage to safeguard against any potential disruptions or emergencies during the retreat.

Payment Policy:

Upon ticket purchase, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your spot in our retreat lodging. If not paying in full, participants are choosing to enroll in our payment plan option.

We're excited to offer a convenient PayPal "Buy Now, Pay Later" option for payment plans. Please note that all payment plans must be arranged to ensure the trip is paid in full by April 1, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, and plans may need to change. However, due to the limited availability of spaces at our holistic healing retreat, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your spot in our retreat
• In the event of cancellation, this deposit cannot be refunded.
• However, $55 from the deposit can be applied towards a healing session or held as credit for a future retreat, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within [21] days of the retreat start date will result in the forfeiture of the full retreat fee.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available for cancellations made before April 1, 2024.
• After April 1, 2024, no refunds will be issued. However, funds can be credited towards healing treatments, the next retreat, or purchases from our website (excluding the remainer $20 processing fee from the non-refundable deposit).

Your Commitment: By purchasing a ticket, I fully acknowledge and consent to all forms and policies outlined for this retreat. I understand that I am choosing to participate in this holistic journey of my own free will and assume full responsibility for my involvement in any elemental ceremonies, plant ceremonies, food, lodging or workshops provided. I release StiingQween Things LLC and Yviana Reyes from any liability for any mishaps or experiences that may occur during the retreat.
